How to cancel subscription

Option 1: Using Our Portal

To cancel your subscription using our portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at the top-right hand corner of the home page

   

2. From the top-right hand corner of the website, look for the account dropdown and click Manage Account

   

3. On the account management page, you will see an option to Cancel all subscriptions

   

Option 2: Contacting Us via Email

If you prefer to cancel your subscription by contacting us directly, you can send us an email requesting cancellation. Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for cancellation (optional)
• Any additional relevant details

You can reach out to our support team at <founders@firejet.io>. Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will verify your account details and process the cancellation for you. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Please note that cancellation requests made via email may take slightly longer to process compared to using our portal.
