2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for subscriptions purchased directly through the FireJet website. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The subscription must not have been used in a manner that violates our Terms of Service.

3. Lifetime Plan

Guaranteed Refunds: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our lifetime plan. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund at any time. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

4. Other Subscription Plans

Case-by-Case Evaluation: Refunds for our monthly and annual subscription plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure fair treatment for all our customers. Therefore, we will meticulously review each refund request to determine its validity. Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible, and we will not deny your refund unless the circumstances deem the request unequivocally unreasonable.


Maximum Refund Amount: For any approved refund request, the maximum total refund amount will not exceed three months' worth of the subscription plan in question. This policy ensures a fair balance between providing customer satisfaction and maintaining our service quality.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom development work
  • Additional services or products purchased beyond the core subscription

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for subscriptions where a portion of the service has been used or if you are canceling a multi-month plan before its completion.

8. Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

9. Important Considerations

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser of the plan. Transfer of accounts or services will void eligibility for refunds.
  • Service Disruption: In the event of any service disruption or technical issues, please reach out to our support team for immediate assistance. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
